WHERE WILL THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE?

The ceremony and reception will both take place in the White City Ballroom. Cocktail hour will be held in the Madison Ballroom, both are located on the 8th floor of the Chicago Athletic Association.

WHERE SHOULD WE STAY?

Our venue, The Chicago Athletic Association is a Hyatt property! We have a room block at the venue but you are also welcome to check out any of the surrounding hotels. If you are trying to book a room at the hotel and stumble upon a lack of rooms, please let us know as we are able to add rooms to the block as it fills! We recommend booking your accommodations ASAP as rooms fill up quickly around the holidays.

AM I ABLE TO BRING A GUEST?

Unfortunately, in order to maximize the number of loved ones able to attend our wedding, we had to limit plus ones. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invite. We appreciate your understanding!

CAN WE BRING OUR KIDS?

As much as we love all of your kids, due to the limited space at our venue, we are limiting children to those involved in the wedding! We hope you understand!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

We ask that you please turn off your cellphones & cameras during the ceremony. Don't worry, we have hired a photographer and will have a lot of photos to share with you after the wedding.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

RSVPs are due on October 17th! You'll find the RSVP button at the bottom of this website!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

This is a Black-Tie Optional affair! Traditionally, this means a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie for men. For women, floor-length dresses are encouraged but a mid-length dress is also appropriate. We're not forcing anyone into a tuxedo, but if you have one, we'd love to see it! Our bridesmaids and Moms will be wearing black!

SHOULD WE BRING GIFTS?

Your presence is the most important gift to us. If you would like to bring a gift, we will have a card box at the reception!

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Parking update as of 11/18-- We are anticipating extensive road closures surrounding the hotel on FRIDAY 11/21. If you are checking in on Thursday, you can valet through the hotel at the side entrance at 71 E. Madison. If you are checking in on Friday OR driving to and from the wedding you will NOT be able to access the hotels valet. The BEST garage for you to park in is the 55 E Monroe garage located near the Palmer House. This garage has 2 entrances, 55 E Monroe and 70 E. Adams. On Friday, it is likely that Monroe will be closed and you will need to enter the garage at the Adams entrance. We recommend reserving a spot ahead of time on spot hero.
